Pipeline Fumes

July 7th, 2008 by Brent Stanley

pipeline fumesThe other day, I was speaking to “Tom” about recruiting Healthcare Professionals more effectively. This particular person has many years of Healthcare Recruiting experience and has been a trusted friend for several years. He confided to me that while his marketing campaigns were successful, he had more “pipeline fumes” than placements.

I thought about Tom’s situation further and called back to discuss how he can be more effective Recruiter. After listening to Tom’s situation further, I offered many recommendations to help him hire more Healthcare Professionals.

Online versus print advertisingOnline and Print advertising is more cost effective in comparison to advertising in Television, Radio, and other formats. Your choice of medium is really based upon the candidate that you are trying to recruit and the method in which you are trying to recruit them. If used correctly, incorporating both online and print advertising will prove to be more effective.
