The Clinical Nursing Transplant Manager will lead the transplant team. The successful candidate will have experience functioning as a RN coordinator or in a clinical management role at the transplant center. The candidate will need to have an understanding of the regulatory side related to CMS and UNOS and maintaining compliance is critical. The position requires knowledge of staffing, salary, and expense control and other financial operations.
The candidate will manage and coordinate patient care and direct and supervise department functions and activities. The program that this position supports is acclaimed for kidney, live, and pancreas transplants. The position pays 70-85k.
