Orthopedic Surgeon Job for Virginia CE177N
Orthopedic Surgeon needed in southwest Virginia for exciting opportunity to build an Orthopedic practice in an area that offers a great quality of life. Be fairly reimbursed for your practice and have an excellent balance between work and the rest of life. Excellent reimbursement mix made up largely of Blue Cross, Commercial and Medicare.
Practice in only one hospital with virtually no trauma. Strong referral system with a defined need. The hospital has 100 beds, 6 bed ICU, 3 large operating rooms and 1 minor procedure room, in-house MRI and 16 slice CT, MD CRNA anesthesia.
Currently one very busy Orthopedist in the community who is supportive of hospitals recruitment efforts and willing to form cross coverage relationship with new physician. Expect no more than ten days of ER unassigned call coverage per month. 1:3. Recruitment incentive package includes attractive income support, practice start up assistance, sign on bonus, student loan repayment, stipend for last year residents, and marketing.
