Offering a guaranteed first year salary of $300k with bonuses after expenses and paid malpractice. Partnership will be offered in 1-2 years with no buy in, but there is some purchasing of accounts receivables. This is a first rate community hospital in a charming community close to the heart of the Cascade Mountains and only an hour plus to coastal resorts.
