WA Oncology Clinical Services Manager 3019AX
Clinical Services Manager Oncology-Infusion needed in an integrative care facility in Seattle, Washington. The CSM is a professional caregiver serving as a clinical expert and liaison in coordinating and directing the functions of nursing, medical assistance, mid-level and pharmacy services.
The right candidate will evaluate current systems and develop enhanced services to increase patient satisfaction and quality care. Other responsibilities include, providing ongoing education to departments, act as a mentor and coach to departmental staff, manage employment related issues, and be an active member of the Management Team. This position requires a Bachelors or Masters Degree; RN, ARNP, or PA certification; 3-5 years experience managing clinical services in a healthcare facility. Oncology and critical care experience preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate and superior patient care, motivate, mentor, coach, and engage staff, have excellent verbal communications and problem solving skills.
