Physician Assistant needed in Alaska. Hear the call of the wild from the Gulf of Alaska. Physician Assistant, Family Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and/or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner needed for clinic south of Juneau. Primary, Urgent, and Emergency care for a large island in SE Alaska, Prince of Wales Island. No OB.
This is the after-hours care site for the 3rd largest island in the US with about 5,000 people and many deer, black bear and halibut and salmon… but they are not patients. Job qualification requirements include three years experience in primary care/urgent care setting; current in PALS and ACLS; Alaska license; desire to learn and enjoy incredible outdoor environment with great fishing and hiking. Salary Range: 80K+ full benefits package plus 403b plan with matching contribution.
