Arizona Psych NP CEx1016
Psych Nurse Practitioner needed in north Phoenix, AZ. Serve as the attending psychiatrist/nurse practitioner in clinic setting. Duties to include initial psychiatric assessments, progress notes, annual psychiatric updates and family interventions. Develop differential diagnostic and risk assessments as well as consent to treatment.
Chart patient education and progress towards treatment goals including medical, psychological, social, behavioral and developmental aspects of the patient situation. Must have completion of an accredited NP program with Psychiatric Mental Health Certification or ANCC Certified as Psy-NP. AZ Licensed. 3 or more years experience in the delivery of mental health treatment of children/adolescents/adults is necessary.
