Virginia Director of Surgery 2025L
Director of Surgery needed for 100 bed hospital in southwest Virginia. The Surgery Director provides management and leadership for the department including staff, financial, clinical and performance outcomes. Must have demonstrated success and abilities in leadership, achieving results, communications, customer service and health care management.
BSN preferred with 3-5 years previous management experience in Surgery. The salary range is $70 to $95K depending upon experience, plus full benefit package and relocation. The hospital has 3 ORs and 280 cases per month. The cases include: general, ortho, ent, ob/gyn, and scopes. The staff includes 10 RNs and 6 techs. This job is open because the OR Director relocated back home to NY to take care of her mother.
