Kansas Dietitian (Registered) 2029L
Registered Dietitian needed for 100 bed hospital in southeast Kansas. Helps Director/Dietitian visit patients daily. Collect and tally menus, be able to fill in for Menu Hostess. Act as liaison between nursing and dietary departments. Instructs patients on dietary restrictions when necessary.
Have supervisory responsibilities in Dietary Department as specified by Dietary Director. Able to fill in as cook or food service worker if needed. Instruct diabetes classes, nutrition classes, etc. Provide in-services to Nutrition Services staff. Assist in planning menus. Must be a Registered Dietitian. The salary range is $40,000 to $44,000, depending upon experience.
