Nephrologist needed in Washington. An excellent opportunity exists to join a respected team of six adult nephrologists and participate in an active regional dialysis and transplant program. This is a challenging and stimulating practice caring for approximately 400 dialysis patients and an average of 40+ transplants per year.
Over the years the clinic has played a major role in the development and management of the Kidney Center and Transplant Center. Our nephrologists, as a team provide coverage at five area hospitals and six local dialysis centers. Individually, on a day-to-day basis, they are assigned to particular dialysis centers. Hospital coverage is a shared responsibility for weekdays and weekends on a rotational basis. This practice offers a favorable call schedule, involvement in the teaching of internal medicine residents and clinical research, if you so desire.
