- Entire Emergency Departments are being outsourced to companies who provide ED management services. These organizations provide everything from recruiting, billing and everything else in between. In theory, this type of service could be applied to almost any department within the organization.

As a Healthcare Professional, your job is much safer in comparison to other fields. While there are no guarantees that your position will be there tomorrow, it is best that you develop a proactive strategy that improves your chances of survival.

Your job is certainly more secure if you make yourself indispensable.
