This 60+ bed hospital is seeking a staff pharmacist, experienced or newly graduated. Big city income, small town country living. They are offering a sign on bonus of $10,000 with corporate approval or for recent graduate payment on student loan - ie. $5,000 with corporate approval. Length of Commitment - 2 years.
Relocation allowance - $5,000 With Corporate Approval. Rate of Pay - $50/hr - $53/hr - commensurate with years of experience. Pharmacy hours Monday - Friday 7A-7P - Weekends 7A-3:30P. Shifts Worked. Rotates with other staff pharmacist, shares weekend with other pharmacist. Hours Per Week - 40 hours. Name of Pharmacy Computer System - HMS Pyxis. # Pharmacy Techs - 4 FTE. 1 PRN. # Staff Pharmacist - Two FTE. 1 PRN. On-Call Pay - Yes, currently - $2.00/hr. Weekend Shift Diff - $3.00/hr. How Often On Call - Share with other pharmacists.
