Improved memory through creatine

Creatine SupplementationA study recently emerged from the UK that suggests a dose of 5g of creatine 4 times per day improves the memory and cognitive abilities of the aging population. Creatine has long been used as an endurance enhancer in athletes and has been studied in the elderly relative to increasing physical endurance, but this study represents a new twist on an old supplement.

The author reported no side-effects to the therapy, but did acknowledge that more studies are needed.”
